Handcar Operation Safety Meeting
ALL participants in the Folsom Handcar Derby events SHALL have had a safety orientation class on proper Handcar Operations before being aloud to operate or push a handcar for practice or racing.
Helmets are supplied at practice and racing sites. Non-skid shoes (no open shoes) are required foot wear No loose clothing.
